Enactus students form teams, and then, with the help of academic and business advisors, plan and execute projects addressed to local communities. Enactus teams create and implement long-term development strategies, both the team and ongoing initiatives, in order to bring a stable, long-lasting effects and operate “independently”. Currently in the world there are over 1600 teams actively working.
RULES OF ESTABLISHING NEW ENACTUS TEAM
Organization of team depends solely on students. The team can operate as students club, association etc. But it’s not mandatory.
Active team needs to have: a Faculty Advisor
(this function is an employee of the university), this function is an employee of the university
(the role of one of the team members), and 10 active members (students)
. Within the university can operate only one team. Other aspects, such as the structure, or the division of responsibilities remain the sole responsibility of the students.
Every student, regardless of the direction or year of studies can at any time join the Enactus team at her/his university. Currently, the program involved 12 Polish universities. Each university may at any time during the academic year establish new Enactus team. Just a group of active and courageous students who want their actions to have a positive impact on the business environment is needed!
