Enactus Poland National Competition will take place on 5th of June 2017 in “Kinoteka”, Palace of Culture and Science, in Warsaw.

—- COMPETITION —-

The competition is an unique event in which students from the active Enactus teams in Poland will present the results of their projects. The evaluations will be made by the presidents and directors of the largest companies in Poland, and the winning team will be entitled to represent Poland at the Enactus World Cup in London.

Presenting their work and achievements in front of the jury, students gain valuable feedback, which in the result leads to effective and valuable projects.

The competition is a meeting of students, university employees, CEOs, managers and entrepreneurs who are close to the idea of corporate social responsibility, social and technological innovation, business modeling, and building social startups serving local community.

—- ATTENDEES —-

At the competition presents only Enactus qualified teams, who have completed at least one project in accordance with the program criteria. The jury is chaired by the presidents and directors of the largest companies and to observe we invite representatives of the media, business and university authorities.

The Enactus competition is a cyclic event held once a year in all the countries participating in Enactus program. Last year the Polish final gathered nearly 400 people, including over 100 juries.

This time we expect up to 150 participating representatives of the business world who will undertake project evaluations. This year’s competition promises to be extremely exciting also due to participation of Rachael Jarosh, president and CEO of Enactus International, and Lord Hastings, Global Head of Citizenship, KPMG International, special guests will be gracing this year’s main competition ceremonies.

—-Enactus Projects and Assessment —-

As part of their projects, by creating social and technological innovations, students seek business solutions and market mechanisms that will permanently and effectively improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries. Undertaken initiatives should be stable in terms of business model and solve specific problems over a long period of time.

The judges’ evaluation will include, among others: project effectiveness, achieved results, choice of target group, innovation, impact durability and level of Enactus criterion realization.
